About Personal Training

60 minutes. All you have to do is turn up. We make the programme, learn about your training style, 60 minutes focused on you. Online or In-person. 

With life getting busier and busier, more trends than ever emerging and a continuous pressure to try and spin all plates at once. Why not take the stress out and book a session. You will be kept accountable, planned for and advised. With a wide variety of continuously changing and updated equipment to keep variety and interest in your workout, Chaytor Training is the best way to start your fitness training. Away from the eyes of everyone in the gym, space to look silly, train hard and leave feeling better than you did before.

First pt session what to expect

1 hour for us to go through your current fitness. We aim to do a full body workout so your trainer can identify your strengths and weaknesses and assess what kind of programmes would suit you best allowing you to progress. We learn about any injuries, goals or expectations you might have. Think of it as our first date – we need to get to know each other and make sure that we are the correct trainer for you!

Online Only Training

Monthly fee @ £60

Programmed workouts delivered to you. Every week you will receive between 4-5 workouts dependent on your experience level and chosen package. Each workout will have the movements, reps and sets written for you, as well as videos on how to perform movements. You can record weights used as well as upload videos of your movements so that feedback can be given and form assessed. Online training allows you to train from the comfort of your own home or gym from anywhere!

Personal Training 4-Pass

1 session per week  x  4 weeks  @ £160

4 1-1 60 minute personal training sessions. With 4 passes we can get you moving and motivated to continue your fitness journey.

 

Personal Training 8-Pass

2 sessions per week  x  4 weeks @ £280 

With 2 sessions a week we can create more progression with your goals. 2 sessions allows us to work a wider range of muscle groups and help increase your strength and fitness.

Personal Training 12-Pass

3 sessions per week  x  4 weeks @ £420

The optimum training package. With 3 sessions a week you are far more likely to create the change your after. With more training we can more accurately track your progress whilst creating muscle stimulus to leave you fitter and stronger than before.

1-Time Personal Training

1 off session  @ £40

Ideal for those who have their own fitness routine alongside personal training. A change up in your week with some accountability and new routines weekly.

Group Training for 3 

1 session/week @ £45 

Got a workout buddy? Bring them along! At Chaytor training we train couples as well as friends. The perfect way to stay accountable and motivated whilst training.

Weekly Sessions 

2 session/week @ £70
3 session/week @ £105

Perfect for those with a more erratic schedule. If your not quite ready to purchase the 12 sessions in one go this allows you to pay weekly as you go without being tied in.

Consultation
