My Story.
 My Mission.

I started my journey a few years ago, when I gained my first qualification in Level 2 Exercise to Music, allowing me to complete my Les Mills Bodyattack and Bodypump qualifications.

I then began teaching both these classes at David Lloyd. Shortly after this I began my Level 3 personal Training course, subsequently becoming a personal trainer at David Lloyd. I also teach the boutique workout Blaze and am fully trained to teach the new programme, Ignite.

Two weeks before lockdown I left David Lloyd for a new job in London. However when lockdown hit they had to unfortunately let me go. As we all know, small businesses were hit hard by the pandemic, and they couldn’t afford to keep me on. 

After a month of really questioning what my next move would be, I swiftly realised that the only thing I missed was training my clients. I missed the gym. This is when the concept of Chaytor Training was born.

Turning the garage into a studio allowed me to be outdoors, train my clients and build my brand.

Chaytor Training aims to help individuals, at any fitness level, better themselves. I enjoy training everyone of my clients and I think my clients enjoy it too….aside from maybe the burpees.

The perfect pairing to training – don’t have one without the other if you can have both! Attack all angles of your fitness goals with nutritional guidance. Think of it as a lifestyle change and not a quick fix diet.

Whether the weight loss goal is a few kilos to a few stone, we have you covered. With programming tailored to you and your limitations, together we can set out goals, hit manageable targets, until we reach your target.
