Monthly training Plan
Monthly programming allows you to remove decision fatigue. You follow a structure that takes you from beginning to end, adding intensity and skill week by week. By following this structure you will be able to remain consistent and accountable, with direct communication from me weekly to keep you motivated, continuously improving and reaching for your goals. 1-1 training takes place in person, I can assess your movement and like monthly programming, we work toward your goals. You just get me next to you in person!
